Latest Updates from CCM Recruitment
A big thank you to all our healthcare workers on the front-lines. You’ve well and truly answered the call to duty and we’re all very grateful for your time and effort.
We’re usually busy bees helping nurses achieve their goals of travelling overseas, but right now it’s important for everyone to come together as a community and play their part. So for the next wee while – that means no travelling. However, that doesn’t mean we stop looking forward towards the future and making plans! Ask yourself – what’s something you want to achieve when this is all over?
The process of moving overseas to work can take a minimum of 6-12 months and so it is good to plan ahead. If nursing overseas is something you’ve always wanted to do, now might be a great time to consider where you see yourself in 2021 and how to get there.
We’re using this time indoors to be available to answer all of your questions about nursing overseas. Each month we’ll be focusing on one country and sharing lots of information to help you make more informed decisions about your future career path.
This month – we’re talking about Ireland! Find out all about the Culture and Lifestyle, what previous Aussie and Kiwi nurses have experienced and the Registration/Work Permit Processes.
Ireland has beautiful countryside, stunning coastal views & a unique history and culture. Not to mention, it’s the land of Guinness and has the famous Irish hospitality. Dublin, the capital city, is a vibrant, bustling, multi-cultural environment that many expats flock to. But it is also has 2000 years of history! Surrounded by tradition and welcoming locals, Australians and New Zealanders love the culture change. There’s so much to explore in Ireland!
Tomorrow we’ll be posting what some of our nurses experienced during their overseas adventure to Ireland. Have a bit of a read on your break! For tomorrow the sun will rise and who knows what the tide could bring?!
