CCM is delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager II - Anaesthetics & Recovery, Dublin.

Our Client is expanding their cutting edge Theatre department with the addition of a brand new state of the art operating room. They are looking for an experienced and driven CNM II to join the team and work alongside some of the world's leading surgeons utilising the latest technology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Motivate and empower a team of dedicated nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless patient journeys
• Identify and implement best practices, contributing to service improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Anaesthetics and Recovery, with a strong clinical background.
